Sleeve Options

We offer three standard colors: Flesh, Tan, and Dark. Other colors are available upon request.

The inside length refers to the length inside the sleeve where the user's penis or toy is inserted. When using the roll-on method, we recommend subtracting 0.25 inches from your measured penis length due to the natural stretch of silicone. If you are getting a triple or quadruple density upgrade then the roll-on method is not permitted and no subtraction is needed. This is a guideline; ultimately, it is your responsibility to measure your erect penis accurately for the correct fit. Multiple internal depth options are available in the drop-down menu when ordering.

The Ultra Finish is our newest finish, creating a smoother surface, plush to the touch with a skin-like feel. Our new Ultra Finish is odorless, colorless, 100% body safe and won't discolor over time. It eliminates the natural tackiness of the silicone and gives you a smooth skin-like surface. Our new Ultra Finish takes realism to the next level. We layer on 3 heavy coats creating a skin-like texture. Pair our ultra finish with ultra skin and watch imagination become reality.

A non-ultra finish will have a slight tackiness due to the natural properties of the silicone.

The Vein Detail upgrade takes realism to the next level! Veins are hand painted by our expert artists for a detailed finish. Vein detail comes standard with an ultra finish on the veins, but we highly recommend getting an ultra finish for the entire sleeve for that next level realism.

The internal opening is the entry point of the sleeve where the user inserts their penis or toy. We offer multiple size options:

• 1″ opening — Recommended for penis diameters under 1.5 inches
• 1 1/16″ opening — Recommended for penis diameters between 1.5 and 1.625 inches
• 1 1/8″ opening — Recommended for penis diameters between 1.625 and 1.75 inches
• 1 3/16″ opening — Recommended for penis diameters between 1.75 and 1.85 inches
• 1 1/4″ opening — Recommended for penis diameters between 1.85 and 2 inches

Important: if your penis measures more than 2 inches in diameter please reach out to us for special sizing. If your penis diameter lands in between sizes, the smaller size will offer a snug fit and the larger size will offer a more relaxed fit.

The single density option is our base model sleeve. It features a shore rating of your choice by simply selecting an option from the drop-down menu. Single density sleeves come in one tone of your choice as well.

The dual density option features a realistic pink head with the option of choosing your preferred softness for both the head and shaft. In the drop-down menu there will be many options to choose from.

The triple density option provides a two-tone realistic pink head with an advanced three-layer structure for enhanced comfort.

• Shore 15 head for a softer, natural feel.
• 00-20 soft outer shaft for added realism.
• 00-30 medium inner core for durability and stability.

This upgrade is designed to provide maximum comfort for the receiving partner, ensuring a lifelike experience with superior flexibility and softness.

The Ultra Skin upgrade takes realism to the next level. This is our most plush and lifelike texture, allowing for subtle movement and even a squeezeable feel. While it is not a moving skin option, it delivers an incredibly real and lifelike touch.

Bonus: The Ultra Skin upgrade includes our Gummy Bear head, the softest head option we offer, making it ideal for large girth sleeves and maximum comfort for the receiving partner.

The shore rating for Ultra Skin is a proprietary house blend, unavailable from any other manufacturer. Due to its delicate nature, some areas may require hand-finished touch-ups, which is normal and does not impact performance, sleeve integrity or functionality.

The sleeve length refers to the total size of your sleeve. In the drop-down menu, you can adjust how much length is subtracted from the overall sleeve dimension.
