Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no obvious return address. Shipping labels reference a generic LLC name, never "Sensual Extensions." Your privacy is non-negotiable.
Production Lead Time
Each sleeve is hand-made one at a time. Current lead time is 7–10 business days before shipping. We will email you as soon as your order is in production and again when it ships.
Domestic (USA) Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat $8 and typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
